What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1-1/2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Cornbread Stuffing Mix
1/2 cup water
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses

Line slow cooker with foil, with ends of foil extending slightly over side. Mix meat, stuffing mix, egg, water and vegetables just until blended; shape into loaf in prepared slow cooker. Cover with lid.
Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours).
Top with pizza sauce and cheese; cook, covered, 10 min. or until cheese is melted. Use foil handles to remove meatloaf from slow cooker before slicing to serve.
Lining the slow cooker with the foil makes it easy to remove the cooked meatloaf from the slow cooker.
Prepare using lean ground beef, and KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Shredded Cheeses.
For easy cleanup, omit foil. Line slow cooker with plastic liner bag before filling with ingredients and cooking as directed.
