What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 cup finely crushed saltine crackers
1/4 cup each finely chopped green pepper s and onions

Heat oven to 375ºF.
Reserve 1/4 cup barbecue sauce for later use. Mix remaining barbecue sauce with remaining ingredients just until blended.
Shape into loaf in shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 20 min. Spread with reserved barbecue sauce; bake 20 min. or until meatloaf is done (160ºF). Let stand 5 min. before slicing to serve.
Serve with smart sides, such as steamed broccoli, and a whole wheat roll.
Prepare as directed, substituting pasta sauce for the barbecue sauce and adding 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning to the meat mixture before shaping into loaf. Sprinkle loaf with1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese after topping the partially baked loaf with the reserved pasta sauce.
Prepare meatloaf as directed; cool, then slice. Wrap individual portions in foil. Label, date and place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bags. When ready to serve, unwrap and microwave until heated through (160°F).
