Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup orange marmalade
4 bone-in pork chop s (1-1/4 lb.), 1/2 inch thick

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Mix mustard and marmalade until blended. Reserve 1/3 cup sauce for serving with the grilled chops.
Grill chops 3 to 5 min. on each side or until done (145ºF), brushing with remaining mustard mixture for the last few minutes.
Remove chops from grill. Let stand 3 min. before serving with the sauce.
This flavorful glaze is also great when brushed onto ham or poultry.
