Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 lb. ground beef
1 can (16.3 oz.) refrigerated flaky buttermilk biscuits
1 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Mild Salsa
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut up, divided

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Separate dough into biscuits; cut each into quarters. Combine with meat, salsa and half of the VELVEETA.
Spoon into 13x9-inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 40 min. Top with remaining VELVEETA; bake until VELVEETA begins to melt.
For added color and texture, serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT LITE DONE RIGHT! Reduced Fat Dressing.
Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes just before serving.
