Original recipe yields 6 servings
6 boneless pork chops (1-1/2 lb.), 3/4 in. thick
1 Tbsp. oil
1 can (8-3/4 oz.) peach slices in heavy syrup
1/4 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup water
3 cups STOVE TOP Everyday Stuffing Mix for Chicken

Brown chops in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 5 min. on each side.
Drain peaches, reserving syrup. Mix syrup, catsup, sugar and vinegar; add to skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 15 to 20 min. or until chops are done (145°).
Move pork chops to side of skillet; add water, stuffing mix and peaches. Stir to moisten stuffing; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.
Substitute 1 can (8-1/4 oz.) pineapple chunks in syrup for peaches.
