Original recipe yields 4 servings
2 cups STOVE TOP Everyday Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans, undrained
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Prepare stuffing as directed on package.
Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Add beans, tomatoes and chili powder; mix well. Bring to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. Stir.
Top with stuffing; sprinkle with cheese. Remove from heat; cover. Let stand 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
Prepare using KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
