What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Cornbread Stuffing Mix
1 lb. ground pork
1/4 lb. lean ground beef
1/3 cup finely chopped green onions
1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup A.1. Thick & Hearty Sauce
1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Prepare stuffing as directed on package. Mix 1-1/2 cups stuffing with all remaining ingredients except steak sauce and barbecue sauce just until blended.
Divide meat mixture into thirds. Press 1/3 of meat mixture onto bottom of 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray; top with 1/2 of the remaining stuffing. Repeat layers. Top with remaining meat mixture.
Bake 40 to 45 min. or until done (165ºF). Meanwhile, cook steak sauce and barbecue sauce in saucepan on low heat until heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve with meatloaf.
Serve with a mixed green salad and your favorite fresh fruit to round out the meal.
How to Slice Meatloaf Easier
Let baked meatloaf stand 5 min. before slicing.
Combine 2 Tbsp. each A.1. Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce and KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce. Brush over meatloaf during the last 10 min. of baking.
