4 cups day-old French bread cubes (1 inch)
16 OREO Cookies, quartered
2 egg s
2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine bread cubes and cookies in large bowl.
Whisk remaining ingredients until well blended. Add to bread mixture; toss to evenly coat. Pour into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 45 to 50 min. or until center is set. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Prepare using any other kind of day-old white bread cubes.
