What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
8 flour tortilla s (6 inch), warmed
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. (1 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream, divided
1 cup chopped tomatoes
2 cups tightly packed chopped lettuce
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Press 1 tortilla onto bottom and up side of each of 8 nonstick muffin pan cups. Bake 10 min.
Meanwhile, cook meat with seasoning mix as directed on package. Stir in 1/2 cup sour cream.
Spoon meat mixture into tortilla cups; top with tomatoes, lettuce, cheese and remaining sour cream.

Substitute 2 cups shredded cooked chicken for the browned ground beef.
