Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 pkg. (6 OZ.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 cup finely chopped cooked turkey
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
4 egg s
2/3 cup milk
1 green onion, sliced
2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Prepare stuffing as directed on package; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate. Bake 10 min. Reduce oven to 350ºF.
Combine turkey and cheese; spoon into crust. Beat remaining ingredients with whisk until well blended; pour over turkey mixture.
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
A quiche dish is a great way to use up fridge leftovers. Chop up extra veggies and add them to the egg mixture before pouring over turkey mixture.
Cranberry sauce is an excellent accompaniment for this dish.
