1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Melt butter in large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add flour; cook 1 min. or until hot and bubbly, stirring constantly.

Stir in milk. Bring to boil, stirring constantly; simmer on medium-low heat 1 min., stirring constantly.

Add remaining ingredients; cook and stir 5 min. or until 2% Milk VELVEETA is completely melted and soup is heated through, stirring occasionally.
