What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
1 pkt. SHAKE ‘N BAKE Seasoned Panko Seasoned Coating Mix
2 cups OLIVO by CLASSICO Traditional Pasta Sauce
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Four Cheese
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package; place in 13x9-inch pan.
Bake 20 min. or until done (165ºF).
Combine pasta sauce and crushed red pepper; pour over chicken. Top with cheeses; bake 5 min. or until four cheese blend is melted.
Cheesy BBQ Chicken
Prepare as directed, omitting the Parmesan cheese, and substituting 1 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce for the pasta sauce, and KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese for the four cheese blend. Sprinkle lightly with sliced green onions or OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits before serving.
Sprinkle baked chicken with 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves before topping with the pasta sauce and cheeses.
