What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
8 boneless skinless chicken thigh s (1 lb.)
1/4 cup flour
1 can (14-1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
1/4 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
1 carrot, finely chopped
1 tsp. zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Sprinkle flour over chicken in slow cooker; toss to evenly coat.
Add all remaining ingredients except cheese; stir. Cover with lid. Cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours (or HIGH 4 hours).
Stir chicken mixture until sauce is thickened; top with cheese.
This flavorful chicken can be cooked ahead of time. Cool completely, then place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag or freezer container. Freeze up to 1 month. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. When ready to serve, place in microwaveable container. Microwave on HIGH until heated through, stirring occasionally.
For easy cleanup, line slow cooker with plastic liner bag before filling with ingredients and cooking as directed.
Serve with hot cooked rice or buttered noodles.
