1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1/2 cup COOL WHIP Whipped Topping (Do not thaw.)
2 KRAFT Caramels
1 tsp. milk
4 frozen mini cream puff s, thawed
1/4 small banana, sliced

Microwave chocolate and COOL WHIP in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min.; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
Place caramels in separate microwaveable bowl. Add milk; microwave 1 min.; stir until caramels are melted and mixture is well blended.
Stack cream puffs on serving plate; surround with fruit. Drizzle caramel sauce onto plate, then drizzle chocolate sauce over cream puffs.

Cover and refrigerate dessert and chocolate sauce, in separate containers, up to 12 hours. When ready to serve, microwave chocolate sauce on HIGH 30 sec.; drizzle over cream puffs.
How to Make Sauce Hearts
Place small dots of the caramel sauce on plate, then run a toothpick through the center of each dot to form a heart shape.
