1 cup strawberries
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)

Let's Make It
Process fruit in food processor or blender until smooth. Mix cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in fruit and COOL WHIP.
Spoon into crust.
Freeze 4 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 1 hour before serving to let cheesecake soften slightly.
Save 10g of fat per serving by preparing with PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping and a ready-to-use reduced-fat graham cracker crumb crust.
