Original recipe yields 2 servings
1 cup rotini pasta, uncooked
1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
1/2 lb. uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp
3/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup packaged matchlike carrot sticks
1 cup sugar snap peas
1 clove garlic, minced
4-1/2 tsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp. lemon zest

Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp, vegetables and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are crisp-tender.
Drain pasta. Add to shrimp mixture; toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese and zest.
Prepare using multi-grain or whole wheat rotini pasta.
