This easy BBQ chicken casserole gets its creamy, cheesy yumminess from sour cream, cheddar-Jack, and a boxed VELVEETA dinner.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 pkg. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner
1 can (12.5 oz.) chicken, drained
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cup frozen corn, thawed
1/3 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/2 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Prepare Dinner in large saucepan as directed on package. Stir in all remaining ingredients except shredded cheese.
Spoon into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with shredded cheese.
Bake 10 min. or until heated through.
Prepare using red peppers.
Serve with a bagged green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Italian or Ranch.
