Sesame-BBQ Chicken Wings

Give them some extra-special BBQ sauce with those chicken wings by adding freshly peeled gingerroot, garlic, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

Original recipe yields 6 servings
3 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
2 tsp. chili-garlic sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
1 lb. chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. sesame seed

Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl until blended. Mix 1 Tbsp. with barbecue sauce; reserve for later use. Add wings to remaining sauce; toss to coat. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.

Heat oven to 350ºF. Remove wings from marinade; discard marinade. Spread wings onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.

Bake 15 min. Brush both sides of wings with reserved barbecue sauce mixture. Bake 5 min. or until chicken is done. Sprinkle with onions and seed.
