This easy San Francisco Stroganoff is a weeknight-quick dish, thick with onions and mushrooms, creamy with sour cream and served over hot cooked noodles.

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. oil
1 cup sliced onions
1 WYLER'S Instant Bouillon Beef Flavored Cube
1-1/3 cups boiling water
1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/4 cup flour
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
3 cups hot cooked noodles

Mix first 4 ingredient just until blended; shape into 1-inch meatballs. Heat hot in large skillet on medium heat. Add meatballs; cook until evenly browned, turning occasionally. Add onions; cook until tender, stirring occasionally.

Dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Whisk dressing and flour in medium bowl until blended. Gradually stir in beef broth; pour over meatballs. Cover.

Simmer on medium-low heat 20 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles.
