What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
4 whole egg s
4 egg white s
1/4 cup fat-free milk
4 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Bold Brown Sugar Ham, chopped
1/2 cup chopped red pepper s
2 green onion s, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Whisk eggs and milk in medium bowl until blended. Stir in ham, peppers, onions, dill and 1/4 cup cheese.
Pour into 6 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 22 to 25 min. or until centers are set.
Salsa Mini Frittata
Substitute 1/4 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa for the onions and dill weed.
