Original recipe yields 8 servings
4 cups ORE-IDA Diced Hash Brown Potatoes
2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s, cut into bite-size pieces
1 pkg. (14 oz.) frozen broccoli florets
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup milk
20 RITZ Cracker s, crushed

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 55 min. or until chicken is done and casserole is heated through.
Top with cracker crumbs.
Prepare using 2% Milk VELVEETA and reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup.
Substitute 3 cups fresh broccoli florets for the frozen broccoli.
