What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 cups OLIVO by CLASSICO Traditional Pasta Sauce
1 pkg. (8 oz.) dried cheese tortellini
1/2 cup KRAFT Parmesan Cheese, divided
1 cup water
1 cup KRAFT Mozzarella Cheese

Brown meat in large deep nonstick skillet; drain.
Layer 1/3 of the pasta sauce in same skillet; cover with half each of the meat, tortellini and Parmesan. Repeat layers. Top with remaining pasta sauce. Pour 1 cup water around edge of skillet; cover.
Cook on medium heat 20 min. or until tortellini are tender. Top with mozzarella cheese. Cover; cook until mozzarella is melted.
Serve this main dish with a mixed green salad for a quick-and-tasty weekday meal.
Season meat with 1 tsp. Italian seasoning and 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley before cooking.
