What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
6 slices white bread (1 inch thick)
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
6 oz. VELVEETA®, cut into 6 slices
1 cup baby spinach leaves
6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, partially cooked
6 egg s
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. chopped fresh chives

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Place bread in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Press in center of each to make indentation about the size of a fist; brush with butter.
Fill centers with VELVEETA, spinach and bacon; press lightly into bread. Crack egg into each indentation.
Bake 28 to 30 min. or until egg whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken but do not become firm. Top with pepper and chives.
Wake up with Cheesy Baked Eggs in Toast for a special Saturday morning treat! Serve with fresh fruit to round out the meal.
