Got leftover turkey? Let it shine again in a glorious strata made with a tangy dressing-mustard sauce, cubed French bread and cheddar cheese.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
6 cups French bread cubes (1/2 inch), divided
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
1-1/2 cups chopped cooked turkey
1 small red pepper, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
4 egg s
1-3/4 cups milk
1/3 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 325°F.
Layer 3 cups bread cubes, 1 cup cheese, turkey, peppers and onions in 11x7-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining bread cubes.
Whisk eggs, milk, dressing and mustard until blended; pour over bread. Top with remaining cheese; cover. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Bake strata, uncovered, 45 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 min. before serving.
Serve with fresh fruit salad.
Substitute KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise for the MIRACLE WHIP Dressing.
