Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 boneless beef sirloin steak (3/4 lb.), grilled, cut into thin slices
1 each red and green pepper
2 large tomatoes, cut into wedges
1/2 cup drained canned water chestnuts
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
6 cups loosely packed torn mixed salad greens

Combine meat, peppers, tomatoes, water chestnuts and onions in large bowl.

Mix dressing and soy sauce until blended. Add to meat mixture; toss to coat.

Cover platter with salad greens; top with meat mixture.

Warm Pepper-Steak Salad
Cook and stir peppers in 1 Tbsp. oil in large skillet 5 min. Add sliced steak, tomatoes, water chestnuts, onions, dressing and soy sauce: cook 1 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve over salad greens.
Special Extra
Garnish with 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro before serving.
