What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
2 cups cooked instant brown rice
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
1 can (15.25 oz.) corn with red and green bell peppers, drained
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
3 Tbsp. MIRACLE WHIP Hot 'N Spicy Dressing
4 leaves Boston lettuce
1 large tomato, cut into 6 slices
