8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon
1/2 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
3 cups shredded red cabbage
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas, thawed, drained
1/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp; drain.
Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add cabbage; cook 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Stir in peas; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Crumble bacon. Stir into cabbage mixture. Spoon into serving dish; top with cheese.
How to Shred Cabbage
Cut head of cabbage in half. Place each half, cut-side down, on cutting board. Cut across the halves into thin slices, then separate slices into shreds.
Substitute 4 cups coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix) for the shredded red cabbage.
