Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread, divided
1/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp. TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
6 egg s
1/2 cup each chopped green and red pepper s
1/2 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Finely Shredded Four Cheese

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Mix cream cheese spread, milk and seasoning mix until blended. Remove 1/4 cup cream cheese mixture; reserve for later use. Add eggs to remaining cream cheese mixture; whisk until blended. Stir in peppers.
Pour into 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with shredded cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted. Drizzle with reserved cream cheese mixture.
Ham & Onion Frittata
Prepare as directed, substituting 1/4 cup each chopped OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham and sliced green onions for the peppers and Cheddar cheese.
For added color and texture, serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing.
