Fill graham squares with bananas and marshmallow; wrap in foil. Grill 4 to 5 min. or until marshmallow begins to melt.
Heat toaster oven to 350ºF. Fill graham squares with bananas and marshmallow; place on foil-covered tray. Bake 3 min. or until marshmallow begins to melt.
Substitute 3 thin slices fresh strawberry for the banana slices.
