1 can (10-3/4 oz.) 98%-fat-free condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup cornmeal
1 carrot, peeled, thinly sliced
1 cup frozen corn
3 oz. KRAFT 2% Milk Natural Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese, cut into small cubes
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded, finely chopped
