What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 large green pepper, finely chopped
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 large tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup A.1. Original Sauce
1 pkg. (1 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 pkg. (6.5 oz.) corn muffin mix
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 green onions, sliced

Let's Make It
Brown meat with green peppers, onions and garlic in large skillet.
Stir in tomatoes, steak sauce, taco seasoning mix, cumin and red pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 10 to 15 min., stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, prepare corn muffin mix with milk and egg as directed on package for muffins. Drop 8 mounds of batter onto chili mixture; cover. Simmer 10 min. (Do not lift lid.) Serve topped with cheese and onions.
Prepare using your favorite flavor of A.1. Steak Sauce.
Serve with a bagged green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Italian or Ranch.
