3 lb. Yukon gold potato es (about 12), cooked, chopped
1 lb. ham, cubed
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/4 cup chopped red onion s
3/4 cup KRAFT Mayo Horseradish-Dijon Flavored Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. HEINZ Red Wine Vinegar

Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
Mix mayo and vinegar until blended. Add to potato mixture; mix lightly.
Refrigerate 2 hours.
Add 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley with the onions.
How to Cook Yukon Gold Potatoes
Boil whole Yukon gold potatoes 15 to 25 min. or just until tender. The total time will depend on size of potatoes used. Do not overcook or the potatoes will fall apart.
Substitute cooked turkey for the ham.
