1 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
3/4 cup orange marmalade
1 tsp. soy sauce
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/4 lb.)
1 Tbsp. oil
4 cups chopped fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots, red peppers, snow peas)
3 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice

Mix first 3 ingredients; set aside.

Cook chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 min. on each side or until done (165°F).

Add sauce mixture and vegetables; cover. Simmer 10 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Serve over rice.
