1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast s, cut into bite-size pieces
1 can (14 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
1-1/2 cups frozen peas
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, cubed

Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally.

Stir in broth and rice. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until chicken is done and rice is tender, stirring occasionally.

Add peas and Neufchatel; cook, covered, on medium-low heat 5 min. or until Neufchatel is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.

Variation
Omit peas and Neufchatel cheese. Prepare recipe as directed. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce; sprinkle with 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Let stand, covered, 5 min. Stir before serving.
