6 boneless pork chop s (1-1/2 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
2 Tbsp. honey

Heat oven to 425°F.
Add curry powder to coating mix in shaker bag; shake to evenly mix.
Coat chops with coating mix as directed on package; place in single layer in shallow pan.
Bake 25 to 28 min. or until done (145ºF), drizzling with honey after 20 min. Remove from oven. Let stand 3 min. before serving.
Serve with hot cooked rice and your favorite steamed fresh vegetable.
