Original recipe yields 6 servings
8 oz. fettuccine, uncooked
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 Tbsp. oil
1 cup tightly packed fresh spinach
1 small red pepper, chopped
1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
1 cup milk
1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, cook chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 to 7 min. or until done, stirring occasionally.
Stir in vegetables. Add remaining ingredients; cook and stir until cream cheese is melted and mixture is well blended.
Drain pasta; place on serving plate. Top with chicken mixture.
Serve with a bagged green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Italian or Ranch.
