What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 pkg. (10 oz.) fresh mushroom s, sliced
1/2 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
1 pkg. (10 oz.) torn mixed salad greens
1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
1 small onion, sliced
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Let's Make It
Cook and stir mushrooms in 1/4 cup dressing in skillet on medium heat 3 to 4 min. or until mushrooms are tender.
Combine salad greens, nuts, onions, cheese and mushrooms in large bowl.
Add remaining dressing; toss to coat.
Serve with warm bread or rolls.
