A fluffy maple syrup-infused cream cheese is layered with crushed gingersnap cookies to make these easy but elegant parfaits for two.

2 Tbsp. maple-flavored or pancake syrup
1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping
4 gingersnap s, crushed

Mix Neufchatel and syrup in medium bowl until blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
