3/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Light Dressing
1 Tbsp. sugar
1-1/2 tsp. HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
5 cups shredded mixed green and red cabbage
1 cup shredded carrot s
1/2 cup chopped green pepper s
