What You Need
Original recipe yields 16 servings
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Unsalted Peanuts
1/2 cup bear-shaped graham snacks

Let's Make It
Spray large baking sheet with cooking spray. Cook sugar, corn syrup and water in large saucepan on medium heat 30 min. or until mixture reaches 300°F on candy thermometer, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Add peanut butter; stir until melted. Stir in remaining ingredients. Immediately pour onto prepared baking sheet; spread with back of spoon to form even layer. Cool completely.
Break brittle into bite-size pieces.
Use wooden spoon to stir the peanut brittle as it cooks.
Keeping it Safe
The candy mixture is very hot. To avoid burns, choose a saucepan large enough to stir the bubbling mixture without splashing it over the top of the pan.
