This hearty beef stroganoff is so delicious, your family will never know you made it with reduced-fat sour cream and lite Italian dressing.

3 cups yolk-free broad egg noodles, uncooked
1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushroom s
1/2 cup canned beef broth
3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. flour

Cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, heat 2 Tbsp. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook and stir 2 min. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.

Add remaining dressing and onions to skillet; cook and stir 2 min. Add peppers and mushrooms; cook 5 min. or until onions and peppers are crisp-tender. Stir in broth; bring to boil.

Mix sour cream and flour. Add to skillet along with meat; cook 1 min. or until meat is done and sauce is thickened, stirring frequently. Serve over drained noodles.
