Original recipe yields 10 servings
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. oil
1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
1 can (15 oz.) vegetable broth
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed
1 can (15 oz.) great Northern beans, rinsed
1 pkg. (12 oz.) BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles
1 can (11 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Cook and stir onions and garlic in hot oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat 5 min. or until crisp-tender.

Add all remaining ingredients except cheese; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on low heat 15 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
