16 large fresh mushroom s (about 1 lb.)
1 cup KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1 green onion, chopped

Remove stems from mushrooms. Chop stems; mix with remaining ingredients until blended.
Spoon Neufchatel mixture into mushroom caps; place on baking sheet.
Broil, 6 inches from heat, 4 to 5 min. or until heated through.
Add 1 tsp. Italian seasoning to Neufchatel mixture before spooning into mushroom caps.
How to Prepare Mushrooms for Stuffing
When preparing mushrooms for stuffing, create more room in the caps by using a melon baller. After removing the mushroom stem, use the small end of a melon baller to scoop a little extra mushroom flesh from the underside of the cap.
