Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/3 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
3/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
8 saltine crackers, finely crushed
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)

Heat oven to 400°F.
Pour dressing into shallow dish. Mix cheese and cracker crumbs in separate shallow dish.
Dip chicken in dressing, then in cheese mixture, turning to evenly to coat both sides of each breast with each. Place on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 25 min. or until done (165°F).
Parmesan-Ranch Chicken Nuggets
Cut chicken into 1-inch chunks. Prepare as directed, except reduce baking time to 15 min. or until done. Serve with warm spaghetti sauce for dipping.
Serve with your favorite fresh fruit and vegetables to round out the meal.
