Like antipasto? You'll enjoy this Quick & Easy Italian Pasta Salad, tossed with artichoke hearts, black olives, mozzarella and hearty bits of hard salami.

Original recipe yields 6 servings
2 cups rotini pasta, cooked, drained
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, quartered
1 large red pepper, chopped
1 can (6 oz.) pitted black olives
1/2 cup chopped OSCAR MAYER Hard Salami
1/2 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Toss first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Add dressing, garlic and Italian seasoning; mix lightly. Refrigerate 1 hour or until ready to serve.
