What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
2 tsp. curry powder
1 lb. skinless salmon fillet s, cut into 1-inch chunks
8 green onion s, cut into 2-inch lengths
1 cup pineapple chunks

Mix dressing and curry powder until blended; pour over fish in shallow dish. Refrigerate 15 min. to marinate.
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Remove fish from marinade; discard marinade. Thread fish, onions and pineapple alternately onto skewers.
Grill 8 to 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning occasionally.
If using wooden skewers, soak skewers in water for 30 min. before using to assemble kabobs to prevent them from burning on the grill.
