This meatless, Parmesan-topped pizza may look simple, but there's a surprise inside: The crust is stuffed with onions, spinach, cheese and more.

Original recipe yields 8 servings
2 Tbsp. plus 1-1/2 tsp. olive oil, divided
1/2 cup chopped onion s
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 pkg. (6 oz. each) baby spinach leaves
1 pkg. (12 oz.) frozen BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles
1 pkg. (7 oz.) KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce, divided
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 pkg. (6.5 oz.) pizza crust mix
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Heat oven to 375°F.

Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. on until onions are crisp-tender. Add spinach and ground crumbles; cook 5 min. or until spinach is wilted and crumbles are heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir in mozzarella, 1/2 cup pizza sauce and crushed pepper. Remove from heat.

Prepare pizza dough as directed on package. Roll out 3/4 of the dough into 11-inch round on lightly floured surface; place on bottom and up side of 9-inch round pan sprayed with cooking spray. Spoon spinach mixture onto center of crust; spread to within 2 inches of edge. Fold edge of crust over spinach mixture.

Roll remaining dough into 8-inch circle; place over pizza. Pinch edges of crusts together to seal; brush with remaining oil.

Bake 30 min. or until golden brown, topping with remaining pizza sauce and Parmesan after 15 min.
