How to Purchase and Store Spices
Aromatic spices can transform a good recipe into a great one. To keep spices at their peak, be sure to buy in small quantities and store in airtight containers in a cool dark place. Remember that whole spices will last longer than ground spices. To check for freshness, simply use your senses to check for color, aroma and flavor.
Serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing, such as Italian or Ranch.
