It tastes like restaurant fare, but these pork chops for two are served in a simple pan sauce made with garlic, bacon, A.1. sauce and red wine.

1 slice OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 Tbsp. chopped onion s
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1/2 cup dry red wine
1/4 cup A.1. Bold & Spicy Sauce
1 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp. oil
2 bone-in pork chop s (3/4 lb.), 1/2 inch thick

Cook and stir bacon in small saucepan on medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from pan with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.

Add onions, thyme and bay leaf to drippings in pan; cook 3 to 4 min. or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add garlic; cook 1 min. Add wine, steak sauce and Worcestershire sauce; cook and stir 5 min. or until slightly thickened. Stir in bacon; keep warm.

Heat oil in small skillet on medium-high heat. Add chops; cook 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (145ºF). Remove from heat. Pour glaze over chops. Let stand 3 min. before serving.
