Here's the Mexican version of the great American grilled cheese sandwich: a panini made with guacamole, turkey and chipotle-flecked cheddar cheese.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
2 bolillo s, split
1/4 cup guacamole
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Chipotle Aioli
14 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Bold Mesquite Smoked Turkey Breast
4 KRAFT Big Slice Chipotle Cheese Slice s

Let's Make It
Heat panini grill.
Spread cut sides of bolillos with guacamole, then aioli; fill with turkey and cheese.
Grill 5 min. or until golden brown.
Cut in half to serve.
If You Don't Have a Panini Grill
Heat skillet on medium heat. Cook sandwich 3 min. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides, gently pressing down top of sandwich with spatula to flatten slightly as it cooks.
Serve with raw vegetables and your favorite fresh fruit to round out the meal.
